Check-In:  5:00-7:00 P.M.

Cocktail Party:  5:30 P.M.

Awards Banquet:  7:00 P.M.

After Party:  Immediately following awards banquet until 11:00 P.M.

AGCOK Builders' Bash Registration:  Registration is completed through the electronic "REGISTER" button.  Paper applications are no longer accepted.  Registration will be closed beginning February 20, 2026.  Understand that by submitting registration to AGCOK, full payment must be made unless cancellation is submitted in writing to audra.aldridge@agcok.com no later than Friday, February 20, 2026.  No refunds available beginning February 21, 2026.

*Larger groups will automatically be placed in close proximity.

**Each registration includes:  dinner, four drink tickets that can be redeemed during the cocktail or after parties and an emailed link to all evening pictures.  

Early-bird Registration tickets are $375 per person through January 31, 2026.  

Tickets are $400 per person February 1, 2026 through February 20, 2026.

Registration closes February 20, 2026.

WARDROBE:  Business or cocktail attire is encourage for the banquet.  Cocktail attire is a balance between formal & casual and elegant & comfortable.  Men typically wear a suit and tie, while women wear a cocktail dress.

HOTEL REGISTRATION:  The official AGCOK room block is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown.  ALL room reservations must be made by February 12, 2026 to be guaranteed the discounted room rate of $182: https://group.doubletree.com/gu7o6x 

Overnight Parking Fee Discounted from $28.00 to $18.00 for AGCOK guests staying in the hotel.
